Unlike its predecessor, the TSS, the ATS features a small solid-state control box that performs its functions seamlessly. This Plug and Play system is incredibly easy to install and requires no complicated wiring or modifications. Simply plug the vehicle-specific harness inline with the rear factory taillight harness, and you're good to go.
The ATS comes with a marine-grade rocker switch that includes laser-cut directional arrows. When you activate the turn signal rocker switch, the ATS will quickly activate the turn blinker for a short duration and then automatically cancel. This feature is perfect for simple lane changes. For longer turns, simply press the rocker switch for an extended duration. If you need to manually cancel the turn signal, just push the actuator a second time.
In addition to the self-canceling turn signal function, the ATS also includes a 'Hazard/Horn' rocker switch. The top portion of the switch activates the hazard lights, while the lower portion activates the included street legal FIAMM horn. This provides you with added convenience and safety on the road.
