Geared Reverse: 3 Times Stronger
SuperATV recognizes that the stock reverse chain can be unreliable, often likened to a rubber band that is prone to breakage. To address this issue, SuperATV has developed a reverse gear that boasts three times the strength. With this upgraded reverse gear, riders can confidently engage reverse without the worry of the chain snapping, ensuring a more reliable and durable performance.

Pinion and Snorkel Gear: 2.5 Times Stronger than Stock
SuperATV has further enhanced the performance of the pinion and snorkel gear set by upgrading them to be bigger and stronger, boasting a strength that is 2.5 times greater than stock. This upgrade includes a 300M output shaft, providing riders with the confidence to accelerate vigorously without compromising durability. With these improvements, SuperATV ensures that riders can push their vehicles to the limit with peace of mind and exceptional reliability.

Upgraded 6 mm Pinion Bearing Retainer
SuperATV understands that strong gears are only effective when supported by a reliable retainer. That's why they have incorporated a thick 6 mm retainer with a six-bolt pattern. This larger retainer guarantees a precise meshing of gears, providing optimal performance and preventing failure in the RZR 900 transmission. A Reinforced Case
SuperATV's upgraded case significantly improves overall strength, addressing the OEM's most vulnerable area by adding additional material around the snorkel. To further enhance durability, SuperATV has incorporated fins and gussets, increasing the strength of the case while helping to regulate optimal temperature. These enhancements ensure that the case is exceptionally robust and capable of withstanding demanding off-road conditions. No Turf Mode!
SuperATV's geared reverse does not include turf mode. That means that if you have it on your stock machine, this transmission deletes it. That’s because turf mode is a serious weak spot, and can cause failures even when you’re not using it.

Choose Your Ideal Gear Reduction
SuperATV understands the need for increased torque, which is why they offer a range of torque-boosting gear reduction options. These options include stock gearing, as well as 12.5%, 25%, and 37.5% reduction options. Gear reductions provide several benefits, such as making it easier for larger tires to roll and providing the power needed to ride with heavy portals and lifts. With these gear reduction options, SuperATV ensures that riders have the necessary torque to conquer challenging terrains and enjoy an optimized riding experience.
