One of the main issues with stock rack and pinion systems is their tendency to break under extreme conditions. However, after extensive testing and research, we have developed a race rack that is built to withstand the harshest environments. Constructed from high-grade 7075 aluminum, this rack is almost as strong as carbon steel, guaranteeing its longevity.
To further enhance its durability, the rack gear is hard-anodized plated, providing extra protection against wear and tear. Additionally, our race rack features dispersed grease passage lubrication, ensuring that all internal components are properly lubricated for optimal performance. With just two pumps of a grease gun every 1000 race miles, you can keep your rack in perfect working condition.

When it comes to the components of this race rack, we only use the highest quality materials. The tie rod pivots feature massive 5/8 rod ends, specifically the Teflon lined FK JMX10-T rod ends. These rod ends are designed to withstand the rigors of racing without needing frequent replacements.
To prevent any loosening of the rod ends, we have developed a Patent Pending "Taper Lock" system. This innovative design uses a machinist tool taper to lock the jam nut and rod end in place, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.
