The LSK Suspension 2014+ Polaris RZR XP 1000 UTV Cage Kit includes 23 laser-cut tube pieces, each with laser-etched part numbers for easy identification. The kit also includes 1.75" OD .120 Wall DOM tubing for main hoops, 1.75" OD for main structure components, and 1.50" OD .095 Wall DOM tubing for windshield crossbars. Additionally, it includes (2) A Pillar and (4) B or C Pillar clamps to attach to the OEM cage location.
Please note that welding is required for this kit and can be done once configured on the vehicle. For those looking for additional upgrades, an aluminum roof is available, featuring a .06-thick 2-piece design with a small visor bend and bead-rolled connection. The upgrade comes complete with weld-on tabs and 1/4" Grade 8 hardware.
During installation, it is important to use a floor jack under the center of the vehicle to "level out" the frame rails. Failure to do so may make aligning the cage at the factory locations difficult.
