Deltran warrants it's battery charger products for a period of up to 10 years, depending upon the charger model, from the date of purchase against defective material or workmanship only. If Deltran qualified service technicians determine that the likely cause of the battery charger product malfunction is due to either defective material or workmanship, then the battery charger product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Deltran. It is the obligation of the original purchaser to forward the battery charger product, with the proof of purchase, prepaid, to either Deltran or one of its authorized factory representatives. 1-90 days after purchase: Contact Deltran Returns- returns@batterytender.com or 877-456-7901 for RGA and prepaid return shipping label. 91 days until the expiration of warranty: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the unit is faulty, we will repair or replace it and return it at no charge. The manufacturer makes no warranty other than this limited warranty and expressly excludes any implied warranty including any warranty for consequential damages. The product was purchased from an unauthorized source. Warranty is not transferable from original purchaser.
